<p>We want every Abraham's piece to be a perfect fit. If it is not quite right, here is how to make it right.</p>
<h3>Return Window</h3>
<p>We accept returns and exchanges on unworn, unwashed merchandise with all original tags still attached, within 14 days of the delivery date.</p>
<h3>Final Sale Items</h3>
<p>The following items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged:</p>
<ul><li>Sale and clearance merchandise</li><li>Intimate apparel and swimwear</li><li>Jewelry and accessories</li><li>Custom or personalized items</li><li>Gift cards</li></ul>
<h3>How to Start a Return</h3>
<p>Email <a href="mailto:abrahams1953@gmail.com">abrahams1953@gmail.com</a> or call 662-887-2026 with your order number and the item you would like to return. We will respond with return instructions, the return address, and any required documentation.</p>
<h3>Refunds</h3>
<p>Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5 to 10 business days. Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.</p>
<h3>Exchanges</h3>
<p>Happy to swap an item for a different size or color subject to availability. Reach out by email or phone and we will set it up.</p>
<h3>In-Store Returns</h3>
<p>Online purchases can also be returned or exchanged in person at 115 Front Avenue, Indianola, Mississippi during regular store hours.</p>
