1 Shipping
1.1 How soon will my order be shipped?
For orders places by 3pm Central Monday - Friday, we usually ship that same day. For orders placed after 3pm or Saturday - Sunday, your package will be shipped on the next business day.
1.2 When will I receive my package?
Our preferred shipping option is USPS Priority Mail / First Class. Delivery time depends on the final destination. Once your order has shipped, you'll be notified via email and provided with a tracking number you can use to receive updates via usps.com.
1.3 Do you offer faster shipping options?
Yes! We offer expedited shipping options via USPS, UPS or Fedex, e.g. Overnight delivery, 2-3 day select, etc. Prices vary by size, weight, and final destination. Please call us at 662-887-2026 or email so we can find the best option for your needs.
2 Returns & Exchanges
2.1 Do you accept returns?
Of course! Customer satisfaction is our highest priority. If the item you received isn't right for you, just send it back to us at Abraham's, 115 Front Street, Indianola, MS 38751.
- Items must be returned within 14 days of delivery for a full refund.
- Items returned 15-21 days after delivery will be issued a store credit, valid for 1 year.
- Items that are discounted 30% or more are considered final sales and may not be refunded
2.2 What if I need to exchange for a different size or color?
If you need to exchange for a different size or color, you can place the new order online and send your original item back to Abraham's, 115 Front Street, Indianola, MS 38751. Or just reach out to us directly via phone or email and we'll be happy to assist you.

3.1 Where is Abraham's located?
Abraham's is in the middle of downtown Indianola, MS at 115 Front Street. We're easy to find in the only 2-story building downtown, in the former historic Honey Theatre. If you're in the area, please come see us!
3.2 Do you gift wrap?
Absolutely, we offer free gift wrapping on all in-store or online purchases.
3.3 What if my item needs to be hemmed or altered?
Michael, Helen, or Frazier are skilled at measuring and pinning for alterations, and our in-house seamstress will be happy to tailor your garment to fit just right.
